This company was built by a founder who used the playbook herself.
Gen Z Founder exists because the gap between "building a company" and "becoming known for building it" cost too many founders too many opportunities for too long. We're here to close it.
An education platform. A founder studio. And eventually, something bigger.
Gen Z Founder is an education and community platform built to prepare the next generation of entrepreneurs and operators with the skills that compound over a lifetime.
The mission is specific: help Gen Z founders become category-defining voices in their industries, not just builders of products, but owners of narratives, communities, and distribution that no algorithm change can take away.
We do that through two things.
Publishes the frameworks, stories, and real-talk that most founders learn too late: how to build a personal brand with a real point of view behind it, how to use AI without losing your voice, how to become known in your space before you need to be, how to turn your story into the most durable distribution channel you'll ever own.
Works with a small number of founders each quarter on personal brand strategy, AI-powered content systems, thought leadership, book development, speaker training, and audience building, the full infrastructure of founder authority, built deliberately.
This is also where Ioanna will be investing in people before they have titles. The founders who are building now, in public, with conviction, before the world knows their names.
Meet Ioanna.
Founder of Gen Z Founder. Founder of Dextego. Author, speaker, researcher, and the person who ran the personal branding experiment on herself before building a company around it.

Ioanna Mantzouridou Onasi is a Greek-American entrepreneur, author, and thought leader whose work sits at the intersection of AI, behavioral science, human performance, and the future of work.
She started her first company in sustainable fashion as a teenager, DGRwear, before most of her peers had decided what they wanted to study. That early experience planted something: a lasting fascination with how people build resilient systems, develop values that endure, and sustain growth over time without losing themselves in the process.
Her academic path followed the question. A Bachelor's in Psychology and Performance Arts gave her the foundation to understand how humans behave, communicate, and change. A Master's in Strategic Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management gave her the systems lens to build at scale. She is currently conducting PhD research in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, exploring how humans stay deeply effective, influential, and self-aware as AI reshapes the nature of work.
Before founding Dextego, she led global enablement initiatives at a Fast 100 AI scaleup, building the learning systems, sales programs, and customer success frameworks that were meant to change how people performed. What she found was a gap that no playbook closed: organizations invested heavily in tools and methodology while the skills that actually move people, empathy, trust, adaptability, communication under pressure, were left untrainable and unmeasured.
Dextego was the answer. An AI coaching platform built on realistic role play, behavioral intelligence, and tight feedback loops. Not cooperative. Not scripted. Pressure-based practice that turns power skills into a measurable competitive advantage.
Alongside Dextego, she co-founded HumAIn Talent Solutions, a 360° HR advisory firm that integrates AI intelligence with human insight to transform hiring, development, engagement, and retention across the employee lifecycle.
Her first book, Ed Metadores: Revolutionizing the Educational System, was published to challenge how institutions think about learning. Her second book, written for the next generation of CEOs , is forthcoming.
She has been featured in Women Rising: Transformational Tales of Rebirth and Renewal and The Manage Her: Unveiling Women's Invisible Work and Sparking a Leadership Revolution, two books documenting the journeys of women who refused to accept a smaller version of what they could build.
Her creative life runs alongside all of it. The House of Orphic, her artistic expression practice, is a reminder that the work of building things, whether companies or ideas or creative projects, is always an act of cultivating something deeply human.
She speaks on TEDx stages. She has been recognized as a Top 100 Powerful Women in Sales, a TiE NJ GRIT Award recipient, a Transform Top 10 Leaders Finalist, one of the Top 300 Women in B2B SaaS, one of 50 Female Founders to Watch, an Education 2.0 Young Leader, and a FACC Cross-Cultural Educator.
And she built Gen Z Founder because she looked back at her own path and saw exactly what she wished had existed earlier, a company that understood founder psychology from the inside, that could teach the strategy of becoming known with the same rigor that the best operators bring to building a product.
"I didn't build Gen Z Founder because personal branding is interesting to me as a topic. I built it because I watched it change everything, the fundraising conversations, the speaking invitations, the partnerships, the recruiting, the credibility before the pitch even started. Every founder deserves to know how to build that. On purpose. Before they need it."
Evidence of a pattern, not a trophy case.
Someone who has done the work, repeatedly, across different domains , and has been recognized for it by people who know the difference.

A few things we hold firmly.
We believe the most powerful distribution channel a founder owns is their name, and most founders don't build it with intention until it's already late.
We believe coachability is a competitive advantage. Not just in sales or leadership. In the entire project of building something from nothing. The founders who improve the fastest are the ones who seek feedback relentlessly, iterate on their communication, and treat personal development with the same rigor they apply to their product.
We believe AI should amplify human perspective, not replace it. The founders who win the next era will use AI as infrastructure, for research, consistency, repurposing, scale, while keeping their worldview, their convictions, and their authentic voice at the center of everything they publish.
We believe in building in public. Not performing in public, building in public. There is a difference. Performance is curated. Building is honest. And audiences can feel the distinction immediately.
We believe empathy, adaptability, and trust are not soft skills. They are the skills that machines cannot replicate and that every human performance advantage is built on.
And we believe the Gen Z founders building companies right now, the ones who move at the speed of the internet, who understand community, who refuse to separate their identity from their work, are the most equipped generation in history to do something remarkable. They just need the infrastructure to communicate it.
"Narrative precedes the room."
"AI can scale content. Only humans create conviction."
"Build in public. Not to perform. To compound."
We're investing in people before they have titles.
Gen Z Founder is not just a media company and a studio. It is the beginning of something larger.
The long-term vision: a platform that educates, a studio that builds, a community that connects, and eventually, a fund that backs the founders who are doing the work before the world knows their names.
Because the best time to invest in a founder is before everyone else sees what Ioanna already sees: that the founders who are intentional about who they are becoming, not just what they are building, are the ones who build companies that endure.
If you're reading this before you've raised, before you've launched, before you're "ready", this is already for you.
Ready to build the brand that builds the company?
We take a small number of founders each quarter. Start with an application, tell us what you're building, what you believe, and where you want your name to be in three years.
